Security isn't an afterthought — it's built in, not bolted on. The Developer plan keeps your data exclusively between your browser and Anthropic via your own API key. The Consumer plan is designed for public webpage research — your capture is transmitted to Anthropic on your behalf and never stored or sold. Do not use the Consumer plan to capture proprietary or confidential pages.
